Which payload is best suited for thermal inspections?
For thermal analysis, we recommend the Gremsy VIO module. It combines a high-resolution RGB camera with a precise thermal camera (640×512 px at 60 Hz), enabling the simultaneous acquisition of visible and thermal data. Ideal for hotspot detection, for example, in solar fields, industrial facilities, or building inspections.
Are the payloads interchangeable between HELIOS and SWIFT VTOL?
Currently, the SWIFT VTOL is only compatible with fixed camera systems. In the future, the SWIFT VTOL will be equipped with a gimbal system and modular payloads.
Can custom sensors be integrated?
The integration of custom sensors is possible upon request. Our development team evaluates compatibility, weight, power requirements, and mounting. The goal is a fully system-integrated solution, without external adapters or compromises in flight performance.
How is data processed after the flight?
All payloads deliver their data in standardized formats. Processing is automated using our software solution. Image and sensor data are stored, analyzed, and provided as a structured report in compliance with GDPR regulations. Access is convenient via the Exabotix control center or via an API interface.
