Designer (m/f/d) for DronePort systems

We, Exabotix GmbH, are a young, dynamic startup from beautiful Bad Lauterberg. Our focus is on the development of fully automated drone systems in combination with our innovative drone hangar (DronePort). To strengthen our team and further advance our vision, we are looking for a committed and creative designer (m/f/d) for our DronePort systems.

Your area of responsibility

• Design and development of our DronePort systems with SolidWorks
• Creation of 3D models and technical drawings
• Development and optimization of components and assemblies
• Close collaboration with our electronics and software development team to integrate hardware
• Prototyping and testing of the designed systems
• Documentation and presentation of your designs and developments

your profile

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, design engineering, training as a designer with appropriate qualification
• Professional experience in design and development, ideally in the field of drone technology or robotics
• Very good knowledge of SolidWorks and experience in creating 3D models and technical drawings
• Creativity and technical understanding for the development of innovative solutions
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies and requirements
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
