We, Exabotix GmbH, are a young, dynamic startup from the picturesque town of Bad Lauterberg. Our passion lies in the development of fully automated drone systems that, in combination with our innovative drone hangar (DronePort), will revolutionize the future of monitoring and protecting critical infrastructure. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and talented marketing manager (m/f/d) who will promote our products and drive sales.

Your area of responsibility

• Independent marketing and sales planning: Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to make our DronePort known in the industry
• Trade fairs and roadshows: Plan and organize trade fair appearances and roadshows to present our product convincingly
• Product presentation: Present our DronePort at trade fairs and events and inspire potential customers with your presentation skills
• Market analysis: Conduct market and competitive analyses to continuously optimize our marketing strategies
• Budget responsibility: Independent planning and management of the marketing budget
• Willingness to travel: Participation in events such as trade fairs and roadshows throughout Germany and internationally
• CRM system: Independent introduction and maintenance of a CRM system for efficient customer service and sales management
• Sales responsibility: Shared responsibility for achieving our sales targets through targeted marketing and sales activities

• Sales talent: You are a passionate salesperson with a strong sense of the needs of our target group
• Marketing experience: You already have marketing experience, ideally in the field of technology or surveillance systems
• Initiative: You work independently, in a structured manner and show initiative
• Strong communication skills: You are a convincing speaker and can inspire others about our products
• Organisational talent: You have experience in planning and implementing events and trade fairs
• Technical affinity: You are interested in drone technology and its possible applications
• Team player: You enjoy working in a team and actively support your colleagues
• Linguistic skills: Very good written and spoken German and English
