• Support our commercial management: Help with the organization and implementation of daily tasks
• Monthly closings and consolidations: Prepare monthly closings and assist with the consolidation of financial data
• Reporting: Prepare reports for our shareholders and ensure clear and precise communication
• Administrative tasks: Take on general office tasks and assist in coordinating appointments and meetings
• Data management: Maintain and update financial and company data to ensure smooth operations

• Experience in finance and office management: You have already gained experience in similar positions and feel comfortable in the world of numbers
• Reliability and accuracy: You work carefully and have an eye for detail
• Organizational skills: You keep an overview even in hectic times and can set priorities
• Team spirit: You enjoy working in a team and actively support your colleagues
• Communication skills: You can express yourself clearly and precisely, both orally and in writing
